SPECIALTY PRODUCT ORDERING
Three products require special consideration with shipping, and as such need to be ordered separately. Boda Vitamin Drink, eXe Vitamin Drink and the Airistar 500 must be ordered separately, failure to do so may incur additional charges and/or a telephone call from Customer Service.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS:
urStuff™ will use United Parcel Service (UPS)* as its primary package shipper.
SHIPPING OPTIONS INCLUDE:
UPS Ground is 1-5 business days based on distance to destination UPS Next Day Air Saver. Next Day Air Saver packages will be delivered by 3:00PM the next day
2nd Day Air 2nd Day Air UPS packages will be delivered in the PM of the 2nd business day

1. All packages will include a shipping and handling fee of one of the following based on shipping method:
$2.00 for UPS Ground
$6.00 for UPS Second Day
$9.00 for UPS Next Day Air Saver

HOURS OF OPERATIONS
Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
An order that is received before 11:00am CST will be processed the same day. If an order is received after 11:00am, the shipment will go out the next business day.
urStuff/Product Guarantee
urStuff offers a 100% 30 day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping & handling charges), providing the product is in resalable condition, to all customers on all of its products except the Airistar products. Airistar products may be exchanged if the product is defective, but no refunds or returns will be accepted.
Resalable---products shall be deemed “resalable” if each of the following elements is satisfied: 1) they are unopened and unused; 2) packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; 3) they are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price. Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as non-returnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item, shall not be resalable.
urStuff/Return Procedures
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
• All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling the Customer Service Department. This Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on each carton returned.
• The return is accompanied by:
*a copy of the original dated sales receipt; and
*the unused product, in its original container, in resalable condition.
• Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to urStuff Shipping pre-paid. urStuff does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping, for returned product, shall be on the customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.
No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
